The Wild Wadi Water Park is situated in Jumeirah, an area in Dubai.
Wild Wadi is an outdoor water park with heated wave pool, water slides and artificial surfing machines. The water park also has an 18 metre high water fall, which every hour on the hour spills its load onto the guests below. The water park also has its two shops and three restaurants. The park also includes the largest water slide outside of North America.
It was featured in The Amazing Race 5 and The Amazing Race Asia 1, in which teams had to slide down a 70 foot drop.
Rides
Master Blaster is a series of slides. Master Blaster is best described as an "uphill water roller coasters". Riders can sit in either a single or double ring and are propelled uphill by high-powered water jets. The Master Blaster rides include: White Water Wadi, Jebel Lookout, Wadi Leap, Hos'N Hurler, Falaj Fury, Wadi Twister, Wadi Basher and Flood River Flyer. Family ride is first blasts riders uphill into a pool area and then takes riders on a 170 meter downhill slide.
Jumeirah Sceirah is the tallest and fastest free-fall water slide outside of North America. Rising to 33 meters (108 feet) and thrusting riders up to 80 km/h.
